path of the spiritual warrior academy

Student Support and Curriculum Additions
This is an exclusive program to develop an elite level of Spiritual Warrior authority within you. It is not for the faint of heart. The fact that you've been accepted into the program means you've been found to be "Spiritual Warrior" worthy to participate in what is to come. This does not mean it will be easy. The program will challenge you in ways you can not yet imagine.

When you fully engage in this program, you will open yourself up at the deepest level to deal with and resolve your hidden pain; all that which is holding you back from fully embracing your potential. The duration of your commitment to the program is six months. The benefits of immersion at this level of spiritual restructuring will transform you for the rest of your life.
This page will provide you with additional very significant benefits. Visit here often. Everything that I take the time to place on this page is for your added benefit as you face the challenges of this program. I will provide you with those things that I find needed on a current basis as we move through the program together. When you share with me your difficulties, I will provide added support to all the students. This is where you will find the answers and additional support.
Four Stages of Spiritual Respiration
The first thing you will learn is to breath efficiently;
through four distinct stages within each cycle of inspiration and expiration.
One of the first and most important things for you to learn is to BREATH properly and to keep breathing through all of the challenges that you will face. The BREATH keeps your physical body grounded and provides the energy with which you will mentally process and cope with the transformation that will occur within you. Each breath consists of two main stages; inspiration and expiration. During inspiration air is sucked into the lungs by creating a vacuum as the thoracic cavity is expanded. This is accomplished with a cooperative effort of the diaphragm and the intercostal muscles of the rib cage.
  1. Diaphragm (belly) breathing occurs when the muscle surrounding the perimeter of a dome-shaped expanse of connective tissue is contracted, thus tightening and flattening the structure, pushing it down into the space occupied by the abdominal cavity. This causes a vacuum in the thoracic cavity and sucks air into the lungs.
  2. Lateral, Ribcage Expansion breathing occurs when the intercostal diagonal muscles between the ribs are contracted in such a way as to widen the ribcage, causing it to expand sideways. This also increases the volume of the thoracic cavity, creating a vacuum and sucking air into the lungs.
  3. Anterior Ribcage Expansion breathing occurs when the intercostal diagonal muscles between the ribs are contracted in such a way as to extend the sternum anteriorly. This again increases the volume of the thoracic cavity further, creating additional vacuum within the thorax and sucking additional air into the lungs.
  4. Ribcage Elevation breathing occurs when the intercostal diagonal muscles between the ribs are contracted in such a way as to rotate the ribs in their sockets raising the front end of the ribs toward the head, causing an elevation of the front of the chest wall, creating additional vacuum within the thoracic cavity and sucking even more air into the lungs.
To effectively utilize the four stages of breathing to bring about a spiritual state of euphoric expansion one must first find the muscles that are utilized in moving the ribcage as described above and then practice daily for a minimum of 10 minutes per day for one month. It may take longer depending upon many factors such as pre-existing injuries, psychological, and emotional trauma and other conditions too numerous to list.

PRANAYAMA; the Breath of LIFE (Not yet available, video still under production)
The four stages of breathing are:
  1. Diaphragmatic (belly) breathing .............. 45% lung capacity
  2. Lateral Ribcage Expansion breathing ....... 30% lung capacity
  3. Anterior Ribcage Expansion breathing ..... 15% lung capacity
  4. Ribcage Elevation breathing ....................... 10% lung capacity

These four stages of focus are applied to the movements through the following time frame:
  1. 16 seconds inspiration
  2. 4 seconds hold
  3. 32 seconds expiration
  4. 8 seconds hold
  5. Repeat
This video presentation will demonstrate the four stages of breathing. The discipline of Pranayama delivers approximately 2 liters of air to the lungs with each inspiration and removed 4 liters of carbon dioxide with each exhalation. This level of gaseous exchange promotes oxygenation and removal of was CO2 from the blood providing alkalization of the entire system, a spontaneous release of metabolic toxins, heightened levels of conscious awareness, and the euphoric expansion into the conscious awareness of the Super-Consciousness of Divine Presence.
It is important that you practice the Pranayama, Breath of Life, as described,
prior to embarking on the program. Please do so prior to attending the first workshop.
