The ability to Create is a given
manifestation is our birth right
It is a misrepresentation to think there’s a required, special formula needed, to manifest.
We’re talking about a misrepresentation (that is very common), that there is some special formula that makes it possible for you to manifest. And I really don’t know where that has come from, or why people who are, I believe, to be enlightened, are not quite grasping what it is that I’m grasping. Maybe it’s my education, in hard core science, quantum physics, and my experience of expansion. I don’t know. I don’t quite understand it. But it’s a misrepresentation to think that there’s a special formula required, in order to manifest.
We are manifesting constantly
It’s not a problem to manifest. You’re born to manifest. Spirit set it up this way, so that you actually exist manifesting all the time. You’re in the middle of manifesting right now. So it’s not about whether we are manifesting, it’s about Spirit bringing us into a reality where manifestation is a constant. Manifestation is a constant. We are in a universe that is like an interactive theme park, where everything we think, everything that we’re aware of, everything – the energy state, the state of our energetic being, is constantly manifesting the state of our beings reflected back to us. That’s my perception of reality.

We are manifesting constantly
It’s not a problem to manifest. You’re born to manifest. Spirit set it up this way, so that you actually exist manifesting all the time. You’re in the middle of manifesting right now. So it’s not about whether we are manifesting, it’s about Spirit bringing us into a reality where manifestation is a constant. Manifestation is a constant. We are in a universe that is like an interactive theme park, where everything we think, everything that we’re aware of, everything – the energy state, the state of our energetic being, is constantly manifesting the state of our beings reflected back to us. That’s my perception of reality.

Okay, you see the brain here? And you see the people off to the left, they’re towards the back of the head, they’re arguing. Also you see the family up here to the right, above the frontal lobe, loving and caring, and having fun.
The neo-cortex is programmed to attune itself directly into the super-consciousness of Spirit, different from the back, reptilian part of the brain. Basically the evolutionary process is from the back brain, where that distorted, ghoulish kind of image is the reptilian complex part of the brain (and actually the reptilian complex part of the brain is all the way through to the front, including the march of evolution, as it shows from primate up to human), that whole area there is actually the reptilian complex. The only part is beyond the scope of the reptilian complex is actually in front of that and to the top of it, the neo-cortex, and this is where the chakra person is located. That area of the brain is actually programmed to attune itself directly into the super-consciousness of Spirit. So basically, we are in contact with Spirit all the time, and I mean conscious contact with Spirit all the time, as long as we are focused into the frontal portion of the brain, because that’s a two-way antenna. It’s like being plugged into the mainframe. We don’t need to rely on our computer, we rely on the mainframe computer when we’re plugged in. |
When we’re in the back part of our brain, we’re relying on everything that’s inside of our head, and that’s certainly limited. When we are in the frontal part of our brain, we are plugged into the mainframe, which is the super-consciousness. So, from my experience in the way I perceive reality, we can create from the frontal part of the brain, in conscious awareness, or we can create from the back part of the brain, which is automated, pre-established, survival-based, fear-based reality. That of course, we all know too well.

So when we’re in the super-consciousness, plugged-in part of the brain, then we’re free from that fear based reality. Don’t get me wrong. We may still be aware of it. I’m very aware of the existence of fear based perceptions in the experience of others. I’m very aware that, that exists, but I’m not plugged into it. I’m not lost in it. It’s not my reality. I’m looking at it as an observer, and I’m experiencing that whole process as an observer, rather than lost in the program. I am free to choose how I behave rather than locked into programmed thought patterns of fear and therefore survival based behavior.
My goal is to stay in the super-consciousness vibrational state of being, to vibrate at those frequencies which allow us to create something other than what we've been programmed to create. When you’re focus is front brain, this is the potential. This is the possibility. This is the result that is available to you; to actually participate in the possibilities available to us through the super-consciousness … What we’re talking about now, is not whether we are capable of creating. Now, we’re talking about what we’re creating; what mindset do we have? What vibrational state of being are we vibrating at? What state of being are we actually providing, for the Creative Matrix of the Universe, to create from?
My goal is to stay in the super-consciousness vibrational state of being, to vibrate at those frequencies which allow us to create something other than what we've been programmed to create. When you’re focus is front brain, this is the potential. This is the possibility. This is the result that is available to you; to actually participate in the possibilities available to us through the super-consciousness … What we’re talking about now, is not whether we are capable of creating. Now, we’re talking about what we’re creating; what mindset do we have? What vibrational state of being are we vibrating at? What state of being are we actually providing, for the Creative Matrix of the Universe, to create from?

One of the things that’s so exciting for me about this, because of my science background, in biology, anatomy and physiology, is how so very aware I am of the function of individual cells, within every aspect of life. Just as our DNA interfaces with the Creative Matrix of the Cell, so does our Spiritual energy interface with the Creative Matrix of the Universe.
The cell itself, other than outside of the nucleus, where the DNA is stored, the cell itself, all of that substance within the cell, is actually the Creative Matrix of the Cell. That's what does everything, the machinery of the cell. And the DNA is just instructions that is given to that Creative Matrix of the Cell. Then the Creative Matrix of the Cell goes about doing everything, once it’s handed instructions. |
The Creative Matrix of the Cell actually interfaces with the DNA, whether it’s in a contracted state of being, or whether it’s in an expanded state of being. |
When it’s in the contracted state of being, it interfaces to the best of its ability, but guess what. Nothing happens, because the information is not available. But it’s still interfacing. It’s still there and it’s available. Just the same as the Creative Matrix of the Cell is there and available anytime that the information becomes available, the Creative Matrix is there, ready to do whatever it needs to do, in order to manifest the instructions. As soon as the DNA unravels, and it does that, because it’s responding to the environment – it does that because it’s making the cell functioning according to its design – as soon as the DNA unravels, the Creative Matrix is there, and all of a sudden transcription of the information takes place, which now activates the cell and creates the functioning of the cell.
The Creative Matrix of the Universe functions the same way for us, as the Creative Matrix of the Cell
The same is absolutely true for you and I within the Creative Matrix of the Universe. Yes, we have our own physical bodies, which confuses this a little bit. If we were just a ball of light, a ball of energy, then it would be really obvious that we are just energy, that we are just information. But since we have this physical body, it makes us feel like we’re limited, like we are not the information, we are the result of information.
Well, we’re not only the result of information. On this physical level, our physical body is the result of the manifestation of the Creative Matrix of the Cells that we have. We are also beyond that. We have a vibrational state of being, of our spirit, our spiritual energy, our infinite self. That information within us can exist in a contractile or an expansion state of being. And in the contractile state of being the Creative Matrix of the Universe creates contractile reality for us.
The contractile state of being VS Expansion state of being - The Creative Matrix create two different realities
Now in its contractile state of being, the Creative Matrix of the Universe creates contractile reality. In its expansion state of being, when our energy expands, the Creative Matrix of the Universe creates expansion reality. Two totally different realities.
The contractile reality is fear-based, because that’s what causes the contraction of the energetic state of being that you’re in is, fear, separation from Spirit; fear, and everything that goes with it.
Once you expand out into the expansion state of being, you’re actually no longer participating in that contractile state of reality, and you’re giving the Creative Matrix of the Universe a totally different set of instructions. The vibration of expansion provides an absolutely opposite set of instructions; vibrational expansion VS. contraction, love-based VS. fear-based.
What this means since the Creative Matrix is manifesting constantly, the question is, What do you want it to manifest? So, if you’re manifesting something that is not to your liking, it means that you’re not stuck with it. It means that there’s hope. It means that you have a way to do something different. This is in actuality what everybody is talking about, when they’re talking about manifestation.
It’s not whether you can manifest something, because you’re doing it now, right now, at this very moment. We’re all manifesting whatever it is that’s going on, because of the state of being that we’re introducing into the Creative Matrix of the Universe. Now our focus needs to shift to what you are manifesting. How do you manifest that which you want to manifest? How do you manifest the fulfillment of the purpose of your desire, the fulfillment of the purpose of your heart’s desire, the reason that you were created? How, do you actually go about doing that? Because that’s the real question in my mind.
The real question
how do we manifest that which we want, instead of that which we have?
How do I manifest that which I want to manifest?
How do I manifest that which I want to manifest, instead of manifesting that which I’ve been programmed to manifest out of fear and out of compliance with the fear-based belief systems that exist within our society, that exist within the cultural miasms, that exist within ancestral and karmic liabilities, that we actually took into ourselves and put inside of us so that we would fit into a society, that is fear-based. How do we get rid of that stuff? That is the question. So that we are not manifesting that. Because once you can get rid of that cursed vibrational energy you’ve been carrying around with you then what you’re left with is the purpose for which you were created.
So, that’s the story – that’s the expansion process. That’s the experience that I have. That’s the walk that I’ve been on, that Spirit has led me to this point of understanding and comprehending how this whole thing works over the past 26 years as a professional.
Before that, I was an X-Ray Technologist, and learned all kinds of stuff was contractile and fear-based. And then after 20 years of being an X-Ray Technologist, I went to school and I learned all kinds of fear-based justification in graduate school, cell biology and biochemistry and all the limitations that scientific understanding imposes on us. And then Spirit took me out of there and brought me into the alternative healing circles, and learned other kinds of stuff there. Now the ultimate, during the last nine months of my life, Spirit has been bringing this new understanding that I have now, that I just presented to you, to this very moment, you’re getting the right-up-to-date level of understanding that’s coming through my experience.ce.
The answer: Decompress and Expand
All you need to do is decompress and expand, and it will shift everything, because you don’t need to worry about how to manifest, you’re doing that already. What you need to think about is, What do I want to manifest, and how do I alter my state of being, so that I manifest the purpose for which I exist? Because that’s where the ultimate satisfaction, that’s where the ultimate achievement of your life exists lies, is in manifesting that for which Spirit created you.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking, so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us. It’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. The whole concept: we were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It’s already been taken care of, the act of manifestation is part of the deal. It’s what we were created to do. Literally, it’s what the creation was created to do, was to manifest the glory of God. And since we have a freewill choice, and authority over our being, we have a choice as to which side of the coin we are choosing to manifest.
We can embrace the fear-based reality, and try to fit into society, which we’ve all done. I certainly did it. I wanted to be a part, I wanted to be accepted by everybody – I had just as much peer group pressure problems as anybody. Or we can choose to expand our state of being, our vibrational state of being, and allow that energy to expand out into the Creative Matrix of the Universe, so that it interfaces differently, intimately, freely and actively expanding into the Creative Matrix of the Universe, so that the Creative Matrix perceives the information of love and expansion, rather than fear and contraction, because the Creative Matrix of the Universe will manifest whatever you give it. It’s like a computer, in a way. Whatever you type into it, that’s what it has to work with.
So, this one thing may be a little bit upsetting to some, a little bit shaking, that which you've been manifesting is a direct reflection of what you’ve been giving the Creative Matrix to manifest. And then all of a sudden the question is, what do I do now to change it?
Okay that’s what I’m giving you; the answer. What do you do to change? Expansion. There's a prayer at the bottom of this section which guides you into expansion. It’s euphoric. Every one that I’ve ever shared it with experiences euphoria. Isn’t that what we all want? is basically to experience euphoria?

Open into the Creative Matrix of the Universe
It’s basically a sign of the womb of the Goddess, where we are in the center and we actually stream the energy from us that flows out of us into the dark purple surrounding it. So basically we are providing this streaming flow of energy out of us into the Creative Matrix of the Universe. |

The 7 Concentric Resonant Bands of Energy
I won’t go into the details here, because it’s too much. We’re staying on the very surface level. These 7 Concentric Bands of Energy are recently discovered by myself. I’ve been working within them for a period of time now. When the 7 Concentric Bands interface with each other, they bring about a very full perception of reality. When they’re separated from each other, and there’s things called judgment interfaces – it’s an accumulation of sludge within and between these bands, keeping them from interfacing with each other. They keep our energies from interfacing within ourselves and provides us with a limited perception of reality, a compartmentalized view of perception. Each one of these bands provides you with its own view and experience of reality, and if the interaction of these energies within us is blocked or distorted, so that we can only experience one or another instead of all perspectives simultaneously, then we’re basically experiencing the world through a dyslexic perspective. Because, that’s what dyslexia is. It’s an either-or experience of reality. I either experience it this way or that way. |
We have unconsciously taken on societal garbage in order to fit in. No one would do this consciously. That would be insane. We were programmed into it by trying to gain acceptance from our environment. That’s how this happened. It’s not a problem that we did it. But thank God there’s a way to actually resolve and get rid of all the contractile sludge that we absorbed into our 7 Concentric Bands, because this energy limits us from being able to perceive reality fully. These judgment interfaces create a compartmentalized perception which prevents us from experiencing the full potential provided when all energy bands are freely interacting with synergism, allowing awareness of all perceptions simultaneously. That's a very different perception of reality than if you are locked into one or several, and missing the rest.
That’s pretty much the whole concept here, is that providing this understanding, providing this awareness that we are in an experience of creating, of manifesting constantly and there's a resolution to us getting out of that contractile reality absorbed into the 7 Concentric Bands.

Opening & Healing your divine chakra
Prayer to Open and Heal Your Divine Chakra
I want for you to recite a prayer with me that will open up and heal your Divine Chakra. The Divine Chakra is a multi-dimensional portal in the center of your chest at the level of your Heart Chakra. It’s not the Heart Chakra. It is a portal through which Spirit flows into you from inside of you, expanding within you and beyond you to connect you with ALL that is. I want you to engage in this as much as possible, because that will provide the most benefit. So, when I say ‘Engage’, what I mean is, repeat with me what I’m saying and when I ask you to do something with your hands follow through with the instructions physically, not just in your head.
"Spirit, please open and heal my Divine Chakra. I fully give space for you to expand Your energy from within my Divine Chakra into my body and permeate every cell of my body in its entirety. Spirit, please expand Your energy from within my Divine Chakra, through my body, and heal your creation.”
Now, I want you to act on what we have asked Spirit to do. And so now insert your energy fingers, the energy that’s streaming out of your fingertips, into your chest at the level of the Heart Chakra. Just go ahead and insert those fingertips into your chest. And by your intention (it’s just imagination), you are going to coax open your Divine Chakra, encourage this space within you, that is a multi-dimensional portal, that allows Spirit to expand into you from inside of you, to flow into you from inside of you, to expand within you and fill you up from inside.
This is not coming in from the outside. It’s coming in from the inside. So it’s very different from some other techniques. This is an expansion experience. So, just allow this experience to happen, to fill you up (allow, is all you need to do), all the way up to the top of your head, down to the bottoms of your feet, to fill up your rib cage to the front, the back, and the sides. And now, also allow Spirit’s energy to flow into you from inside of your Divine Chakra, filling you up, and beyond the limitations of your physical body, all the way out to your outstretched fingertips, to both sides, right and left, and all the way to the front, as far as you can reach. And if you can imagine your arms swiveling behind you, all the way out in back, the same amount. And above your head as high as you can reach, and now down below your feet, the same amount as above your head.
Now, this is the expanded bubble, the expanded energy bubble that we all know, for the use of protecting oneself. That’s the main use of it. This bubble of energy is not expanding. It’s stagnant. It’s stationary. It’s expanded from being small. But it’s not expanding. It’s not continuously actively expanding. So, what we want to do is go beyond this.
Imagine me encasing your energy body and compressing. Now, I want you to push against me. So as you push against me I’ll release. And that way you’ll have a frame of reference, so that we can readily go places that you’ve never been, or that you’re not quite comfortable in going yet. And just go with me. Expand. Now, just keep allowing. This is Spirit’s energy, it’s not your energy.
This is Spirit’s energy that’s flowing through you. So allow this energy to expand. And expand with us. We’re bigger than the planet right now. And again, it’s Spirit’s energy. You won’t run out. It’s limitless. We’re bigger than the planet. And now, we’re out past the moon. We’re out past Mars, and Jupiter. Okay, you’re getting the hang of it. And Saturn, moving towards Pluto. Out past Pluto. We’re bigger than the Solar System right now.
Okay, so the expansion that’s taking place here again, is Spirit’s expansion. It’s not your energy. Just allow Spirit to fill up the physical universe through you. Good. We’re out past multiple star systems. We’re going towards half the size of the Milky Way. Good. And now the full size of the Milky Way. Spirit's expansion through you has eclipsed the Milky Way. So we might as well just let it all go, now. Let it go all the way out into the whole, immense physical universe.
And now, we’re going beyond that. Just as we went beyond our physical body, just as we allowed Spirit to flow beyond our physical being, allow Spirit to flow beyond the physical universe, out into the expansion of Divine Presence, that is infinite, is not bound by the physical reality. There we go. Allow, allow. A little bit more. Just allow. There we go. Okay.
Reactivating our MerKaBa to stabilize your expansion state of being
"Spirit, please reactivate my MerKaBa, equal speed, 34:21, nine-tenths the speed of light. 55:34, nine-tenths the speed of light. 89:55, nine-tenths the speed of light. Okay, now as instructed by Spirit, we will stay here."

We’re out past multiple star systems. We’re going towards half the size of the Milky Way. Good. And now the full size of the Milky Way. Spirit's expansion through you has eclipsed the Milky Way. So we might as well just let it all go, now. Let it go all the way out into the whole, immense physical universe.
And now, we’re going beyond that. Just as we went beyond our physical body, just as we allowed Spirit to flow beyond our physical being, allow Spirit to flow beyond the physical universe, out into the expansion of Divine Presence, that is infinite, is not bound by the physical reality. Interface Freely, Intimately & Actively with the Creative Matrix of the Universe to Spontaneously bring about that Purpose for which Spirit is Creating You
The following is a guided protocol with a client, Colleen, who volunteered to participate in the production of the audio file as provided above. I guided the protocol and Colleen followed along with me, just as you can follow along with me as you read this. The actual protocol is in boldened letters while the commentary is in regular font, not bold.
Spirit, please show me all of the contractile energies that exist within my being, that exist within my 7 Concentric Bands, and my physical and all of my energy bodies, and that have accumulated within my personal environmental space. Spirit, please show all of this energy to me now, as a holographic image in front of me.
Tom: Now, shift your attention to perceive the holographic image that Spirit has created for you. Go ahead and perceive it, yourself, and your perception of it will be based upon your giftedness to perceive energy, but whatever happens, whatever your authority is, is based upon your acknowledgment of what exists. So … it’s very important that you perceive what is there, and you acknowledge, to your abilities and your giftedness, what is there.
Spirit, I acknowledge that which You’ve presented for me to perceive. Thank You for bringing it to my attention. I accept and embrace my full accountability for all of this energy. Spirit, please decompress and expand all of this energy. Thank you.
Tom: As you perceive this holographic image, notice with your perception of the space in front of you, what’s different about it?
Colleen: There seems to be a light that’s coming through, but from inside, that’s expanding and breaking up the solidness that was there.
Tom: Okay. So, basically it was all contractile in the beginning. It was all solid. And you requested Spirit to decompress and expand all of it. Okay. And you took full accountability for all of it, that which was yours, and then you asked Spirit to decompress and expand all of it, and this is the results that you got.
Tom: Now, here’s the critical thing. What that means is that since you asked Spirit to decompress and expand all of your energy, and Spirit did exactly what you asked, that means, that all of this other stuff here is not yours.
Colleen: Ahhh.
Tom: It’s not yours.
Colleen: That makes sense.
Tom: And you’re not accountable for it. It’s stuff that you took on – it’s garbage stuff. It’s cursed energy. It’s fear-based belief system crap that was presented to you as an opportunity to fit into the fear-based reality. And, like everyone else, myself included (we all do this), you said, ‘Okay, I want to be accepted,’ and so you took it all on, and there it is.
Colleen: And the word that came up … initially was ‘sludge’.
Tom: Sludge. It’s just sludge. I … call it cursed energy because it is cursed energy, but I don’t want to have people go overboard with that, because it’s just sludge. It’s garbage. It’s just literally garbage. People have been projecting this energy at you and everyone else, and you took it on as though you’re a garbage dump, as though you somehow assume that’s what it takes to be accepted, to be a member of society, is to hold onto everybody’s crap. And that’s what everyone expects you to do, and so that’s what you do. And that’s why it’s here, is because you’ve been trained to do so. But you can, guess what, untrain yourself.
Colleen: Great.
Tom: So, just focus into the holographic image again in front of you, and acknowledge all of this garbage, here.
Spirit, I acknowledge, all of the remaining contractile energy as garbage. It’s cursed energy. It’s not me. It does not come from me. And as I have embraced my accountability for it, and asked You to decompress and expand it, and it’s still here, just as compressed as before, that means I’m not accountable for it, because You didn’t do what I asked, couldn’t do what I asked, because I don’t have the authority to ask it. So, therefore I cannot possibly be responsible for all of this. I’m incapable of effecting, causing, positive change in this energy. So I’m giving it to You, because it’s sucking the life out of me, and I can’t do anything with it. And I’m not willing to participate in pretending that I can any longer. So here, take it. Take all of this energy from me. I’m giving it to you, to disburse out into the ALL THAT IS, at its own level of buoyancy to the fulfillment of Your purpose as it is Your intention.
Tom: Now, by the way, just so that you know, the difficulty you’re having here Colleen, with this is because releasing this is emotionally traumatic.
Colleen: Yes, I can feel it.
Tom: That’s why you’re having difficulty saying this, is because there is an emotionally traumatic experience going on, in you releasing this, because it’s fear-based, it’s other people’s fear. So you’re doing really well in fact.
Colleen: Oh, thank you.
Tom: And you released it. So now, focus back into the holographic image and see what’s different.
Colleen: Oh, wow. It’s just a lot of light.
Tom: We’re back on the Marianne Williamson thing, okay, cool.
Colleen: Yes, oh that’s my favorite, too.
Tom: Cool. Right. This is who you’re created to be. You’re created to be that reflection of Spirit. Actually, I love this: "It’s our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?"
Tom: The reason why it is our light that frightens us, is because that’s what was suppressed and compressed and is that which threatened everyone around us, when we came in. It’s the light that everybody was afraid of, so they taught us to be afraid of our own light, and so we took on all this garbage to make sure that our own light was suppressed, so that everyone else would be comfortable.
Tom: "It is not just in some of us, it’s in everyone. And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same." So, it’s by standing in the truth of what it is that you’re experiencing right now, you will unconsciously and subconsciously provide everyone around you, the choice to make, between contraction and expansion.
Colleen: Wonderful. Okay.
Tom: And by refusing to contract, it basically means you’re refusing to fit in, okay.
I refuse to fit into society’s reality of fear-based belief systems. Thank You for removing all of this energy from me.
Tom: Okay, now if you focus back into the holographic image, what’s left is still contractile energy. It’s your energy, and it’s contractile, because this is the energy that is actually yours, that participated in taking on all that garbage energy.
Colleen: Oh, okay. That makes sense.
Tom: So we need to go back and clean this up also, because otherwise you’ll just start collecting it again.
Colleen: I don’t want that.
Tom: Right, I thought so.
Spirit, I acknowledge all of the contractile energy that remains. It is my freewill decision to decompress and expand all of it. Please do this for me now.
Tom: Okay, go ahead now, and focus in on the holographic image in front of you and tell me the difference.
Colleen: I was seeing some on the outer of the aura of my body, and now I don’t see that anymore.
Tom: Okay.
Colleen: I just see light.
Tom: Sure, excellent. So, all the garbage, all the dark is now gone, and that which you are remains, which is light. What’s the difference between before and now?
Colleen: I feel like I’m totally in my body, and I’m just beaming out light, and the light that I was always meant to shine. And I’m very grounded.
Tom: Wonderful. So, to a great extent, what’s happening here is your energy has expanded. I’m not saying you’re totally expanded, but to a very great extent in this one session, your energy has expanded to the point where it’s now expanding into the Creative Matrix of the Universe, and it’s now impacting the manifestation of your reality differently than it was before.
Colleen: This is just divine timing. Perfect.
Tom: So, just imagine, as you were looking into the holographic image that was there before, with all that garbage in it, and just imagine all of that garbage interfacing with the Creative Matrix of the Universe, what would you imagine would be the difference between what was being manifested before, and what’s going to be manifested now?
